ok im going to instal my 148gtl with a kl300/p amp and frc counter in my work truck and its a disal so it has 2 12 volt baties will this hurt any thing???

NO even though it has 2 batteries it is still a 12 volt system. Just make sure you pull all your leads together. ie both radio leads together,both kl leads together you get the idea. Don't use separate batteries for one piece.
