I have a Galaxy 66 and I need to know what the VR pot list is.Is VR-14 the AM modulation or is it one of the other VR's? I need to crank up my modulation but I'm not sure if vr14 is rite pot.
Can anyone help with this????????/

VR 4....AM/FM Squelch Range
VR 5.....FM Deviation
VR 8....RF Meter
VR12...Low Power AM Modulation
VR13...AM/FM High Power
VR14...High Power AM Modulation
VR16...AM/FM Low Power
Unmarked VR in R188..AM/FM Medium Power (DX 33HML only)
Unmarked VR in C139..Med Power AM modulation (DX 33HML only)

Tech181-There is no VR pot at VR-12,so where is my low power AM modulation at?

The 66 doesn't have one. Sorry I took this info off of Galaxy's website and it include a few other radios along with the 66. VR-14 is the MOD pot for the 66. VR-13 is AM high power and VR-16 is AM low power. VR-12 should be the SSB power on the 77 and 88. Sorry about that.
