It does not have any audio out of the speaker, the s/rf meter shows receive and it transmits fine just no audio out to speaker. Any ideas on the problem. Thanks for the help. Ron |

What make is the radio, President what? Did you try an external speaker? Sometimes you need to touch up the solder on the speaker connection. You might try to piggy back a speaker on that one to see if it works. You might have to install a new one. No biggy, but with all the other questions, I can't tell you what the trouble is. |

All it says is Uniden on it. It has no internal speaker only external(factory) and I tried another speaker with the same results. The board # is PC411AD. There is sound coming out of the speaker when you hook the mike up or change channels(popping sound) but it is very very weak. It receives because you can see the s/rf meter moving but the spaeker volume is not there. I checked for voltage at speaker output on board and there was none. Ron |

Well I really don't know bubba. I never had any real trouble with speakers. Might just have to have someone look at it. |

If it was mine I would pop in an audio output IC. |
