Can anyone help find a transformer for a Palomar 350Z? Or can anyone know where I can get it rewound?

Allan......I did have an old 350Z amp. As far as i know, the trans. is good. This amp is not used now. If your interested....let me know and i'll look to see if i still have it in storage.

Yep.....still got the 350Z. It's complete except for tubes !!! I powered it up and the transformer seems ok.

I'm not sure what tubes it takes.....could be the 6KD6's . Don't know if it works because it had no tubes when i received it. All i know is that it powers up and the power supply seems ok. Another CBer gave it to me when he cleaned out his shack. As for price.....i would just about give it away if you wanted it. Since i don't know much about it's history.

Most of the 350Z's and 300A's came with 6LF6 tubes.

i would like to find 0ne of these amps to recondition,but everyone i have found say,what do you want it for and i tell them and then they wont come off of one.i would like to find one in good shape that dont work,because i will know what i have after i fix it.its like rebuilding a small block chevy you know what you have after a rebuild instead of someone else building it before you buy it then you dont know what you have.
