I run dual antennas on my truck. Does any make a co-phase harness to handle 1kw or better? |

Taz: thanx 4 the post. I know co-phased is going to make it directional, I point my truck in the direction I want to talk. I'm a over the road(long haul) truck driver. I basically talk to other drivers until I shut down for the night, or get good conditions for skip. I have an amp I'm goin 2 throw in the truck but the co-phase harness I have now is only rated for 500w. I'm looking for a harness that's rated for 1KW or better. |

You need to use a different type of coax so that your overall impedence is the right amount. I forget the exact one, but I want to say RG172, (but that might be a cessna aircraft)? You may have to crimp and/or solder it yourself, but it is not too hard to do that. Look up coax on the web or from copper and you should have no problems. good luck DAN |
