Hello I would like loud audio from my radio.Can I turn tne modulation up ? Do I need a meter for doing this?? I have a d104 power mic.I have seen a mod that has you cut the limter?? Has any one done this or is turning the pot up better? How much should the pot be turned? Thanks |

Bozzman,
Mod Limiter - R249 (removal NOT recommended)
Modulation - VR14 (Set for just under max)
AM Power - VR13 (Set for 4-6 watts deadkey)
SSB Power - VR12 (Set for max)

Hello i have a super star 3900 and would like to add a kdg super mod kit and need help with the hook up.Where does the white wire go?and where is the foil board that connects voltage to the final? |

Wade,
White wire should go to rear side of TP8 which is the clip that holds the mirror board (not foil board) in place. The mirror board as it is called is in front of the final and driver. It's about 2 inches long and a half inch tall and is held in place by three clips.
