307 . Have a New KLV 350 Amp . I removed the proper chip, to enable the 11 meter. The amp will not key and or the modulation light on the KLV. The amp meter will light and tubes light up, and the fan works. But that all. I have check my jumpers , and used different lenghts, but nothing. ( just wont key up and red light does not light ) Any suggestions ? Thanks Rosco, Bob T. Indiana

Hey,
I have one of these too! Mine works fine. This may sound stupid, but do you have the antenna coax in the BOTTOM connector of the amp and the radio hooked into the top?
Also, check the wattage coming out of your radio. You need 1 watt to key up the amp. Maybe your radio "finals" is/are dead?
Also, make sure the 2nd switch from the left is in the ON position and not StBy "standby".
I'm sure you have done all of this, but just in case, I thought I'd leave this. Sometimes we all over look the simplest stuff...
P.S. Let the amp warm up for 2-3 minutes before you try keying it up.

Hope you solve this problem soon..
I HATE when my stuff dont work right too!
