I have a Palomar 351 bi-linear and driving it with 1W swinging 20W. I lent it to a friend for a year and when I got it back, it had 4 30x500v caps blown, so I replaced them and when I pluged it up the tubes lit up so I keyed the mike and noticed the lights dimmed and trans kinda humming so I tried to tune it and it wouldn't tune up,all of a sudden the top capacitor blew. could the diods be bad?. Any suggestions or any help would be appreciated. Again Thanks Jake.

Replace all 8 HV Diodes. They a 1Kv PIV and Radio Shack has them. That is why it "hums".
