Is there a way to deactivate the preamp on the KL300/P...I have no need for it at all...Thanks for the help......Tom Shaw...

Tom I could almost swear someone posted a mod to make it switchable on this forum....look around previous posts a bit.

To deactivate the pre-amp, clip the center-leg (base) of transistor TR3. Add a switch to this cut to make it selectable when power ON.
