I have an external modulator,it is a 100 watt modulator. But when i use it people say that when i talk with the modulator on that it drops my signal with my modulation,so it is swinging my modulation backwards instead of forwards.Wonder what that could be?????

they radios might be correcting for the hard needle hit!! in other words the agc curcuit could be lowering you signal so their radio doesnt over load or.......your wire are to small the power wires running to your amp. make sure your amp wire run to the battery and not the same wire as the radio!!!! remember modulators dont need more then 3 watts to work!!!! if you overdrive them they will cease to work! hey good luck.
