No the noise limiter switch will turn off the cunter if moved all the way right.Wonderin if theres another roger sound thats not hoked up.The radio is stock except for the 11 meter mod. |

Hmmm. This must be something new. My 99 is about a year old I don't have that option.
Look at the back of the switch, and see if there are wires connected to all the poles. It may very well be a blank position on the switch to allow you to make other modifications switchable.
