When keyed the relay clicks over but has 0 wattage output. Also preamp kills recieve. Tried replacing keying transistors but got the same thing. Has 2 SRF3749's in it. Nothing visible burnt. Also when I turn power on the relay clicks and then goes back off but that is most likely ssb delay. Coax connections are fine and connected right. Also the light above the low,med,high switch does not light and has no voltage to it when keyed.

I would bet that one of the RF Transistors is "open" OR there is a diode that is used in the keying circuit that is shorted and you are getting both sides of the RF waveform keying the amp which cause chatter...
