The radio in my work truck is a Cobra 148GTL that was made in 1994 and the clarifier was turned into a slider when new. I would like to just go back to a receive only clarifer......Does anyone have simple instructions on how to do this?

I guess I have 2 choices......send the radio to you or buy a compact Freq counter for the mobile.

Or buy a Galaxy with a counter built in...The 148 could be restored though...
