I have a brand new KLV550 and I connected pins 1 and 2, hooked up my Cobra 2000 and no output! Yhe meter light comes on and I can hear a switch click in the amp but there is no output, 0 watts!
The transmit light does not come on either, and when the amp is turned off my radio transmits normally.
