Some has to know, can I bypass the 6 position power control on my KLV 550? The amp is new but the switch is bad. There is a small board attached to the switch itself, and this board is soldered to the main board in three places, can I just run a jumper across these connections??????
I am grateful for any info.

Bigfoot I would reccomend that you take it to a good shop and have the swith repaired if possible. Its a lot cheaper that smoking you box. Probally repaired for $50 or less. Or bypassed repaired or wired for high by someone who knows what they are doing. I think that will be your best bet. Good luck Daveb
