i have bought my vr9000 a few weeks ago from there & done all the mods works well til i use SSB it is ok for a few min. the im told like i got all kinds of static & like a carrier is in there with it i let it alone for 5 to 10 mins. & works fine for a few more mins.i changed the mikes to 4 diff. mikes thats not it what can it be thank you oh by the way the radio does not seem to be hot to the touch seems to be cool |

Are you sure its not the freq counter making a hummm? Try turning your counter of and talking. |

that dont seem to help at all im told that it sounds like a bunch of static & when i look at the meter you can see it is all over the place looks like static or a bunck of noise |
