Have a galaxy 66V after in operation for a while goes off freq, way off from 27.185 to 24.435. Anyone give me some ideas?

DX66V'a have a common problem with them..In all the ones I have worked on , the 10.240 reference crystal goes wacko , Replace it then give it an alignment.

THANKS 307!! I replaced the 10.240 reference crystal and gave it an alignment. Works like a charm now.
