Is this a good radio? I have been seriously looking into one but I am not positive about who I want to buy it from. any ideas or opinions?

I think its great. had one nice and loud, every time to turn it on there are a few buttons to push a little hassel

there is a mod for that so its not on the 29 Mhz but i cant find it right now but will look but until then anyone else have the mod so it boots up on 27Mhz

I Just Recently Picked Up A Delta Force And I Like The Radio. Talks Very Well And All I've Done Is Set My Variables In The Radio And Mike For Audio And DeadKey. The Functions Take A Bit Of Getting UsedTo And The Radio Has Alot Of Features That I Won't Be Using, But All In All I'm Happy With It. *8ZERO4*

Don, I found the Delta Force Magnum to be a sweet radio with clean transmit and reception. If you get it tuned like it should be and lined out right, the radio will BARK. I've had mine for a little over a year now and my 73 Galaxy is still on the shelf..LOL

GO to "Search" then "By Keyword" and Type in the word EEI

got one here,only bad part i noticed tvi on my set when using it,,have none when using my 2970dx turned all the way up..delta,s must not be filtered as good....hk
