I had my radio tweeked up a bit, and when I first got it back, it was great, but now after some time, I recieve reports from drivers that I have a lot of squeal. I changed my antenna and cable, and still have the squeal. Is it my mic? I do not have a good CB radio supply in my area, and have no way of trying a differnt mic to see if that is the problem. Any suggestions?

Mike,

Are you using the mic that came with the radio, or are you using a power mic with it? When you had it tweeked was the modulation limter cut?
