Ok let me tell you a story, A friend of mine was playing in the woods and bounced his battery against the fender were talking big sparks.
Now his PC 122 was dead, I been tinkering it in my spare time checked the audio ic its good lc7808 is good voltage transistor in the rear is good. Finally figured it ccould be the PLL so I changed it and now ssb works great. Also has AM recieve and a very-very low transmit with no modulation. The transmit doesn't even show on my wattmeter but I can hear it on my other radio. Im stumped again any ideas?
