Can anyone tell me if ther is an amp that I can run behind my 2970 without destroying it or without bypassing the internal amp in the radio?

Hotrod2,

Check out the Link Listed Below.

http://www.copperelectronics.com/cgi-bin/checkitout/checkitout.cgi?catalogSTORE:CKIE:prodW90-00110+

Right now I am useing the LOW Drive KLV1000 and Love it.

The KLV1000P will take the drive of the 2970 with No Modification's to the Radio or AMP.

Hope this helps.
