Friend gave me this radio the other day.It had no transmit.Traced that problem down to the regulator.Replaced it and it's transmitting fine.One problem though,the tx meter slap's all the way over when mic is keyed.I've tried adjusting VR8 but it isnt making a difference.I checked the VR with ohm meter,it's good.Meter work's fine on recieve.Any suggestion's?
