It will key not up in cb mode
I have receive and it will operate on PA mode
It will not key the lights up or preduce rf output
Final and driver good
I do not have sch.
Any help would work

You say you do NOT get the transmit light when you key? If you haven't tried another mike, that's the likeliest thing to fail. Mikes break a lot sooner than the radio, mostly.
If the mike isn't the problem, you have another problem: Cobra knew that this radio would be a throwaway when they imported it. For that reason, they imported almost none of the 'oddball' parts that are used in it. It wasn't made by Uniden, so you can't just get parts from a junker, like the more common 21/25/29 radio models.
The radio is an orphan. Very few, if any professional techs have any experience with them, since the replacement price made spending a "bench charge" to troubleshoot them mostly unwise. The only place I ever saw a schematic diagram was in an owner's manual. No alignment instructions, no block diagram, just the schemo.
