307 (or anybody else), can you please tell me the proper VR's to turn to boost the modulation, and power for this radio? It is the one that has all the controls built into the microphone.

Obviously, it is impossible to run a power mic on this rig, so I would like to know how to turn up the modulation so that the stock mic will do 100%.

I couldn't find anything. This is not a real popular radio to tinker with.
