I have a 148 gtl (made in malaysia) model that I would like to un-lock the clarifier on. the problem is that all the mods the I read tell me a differnt color code for the wires that go to the potentiometer. The color wires that go to the one I have is GREEN, BLUE and orange. Can any one tell me the correct mod. for this. Thank you in advance

Thanks Buck your right the orange is (+).I got the mod. done and it works fine. If any one does this mod and has problems with it cut r-44. some of the mods I read left this step out. this fixed the xmit -rec. tracking problem I had. The radio works great and would recomend it done if you put a channel kit (kit L) in the the radio like I have done to this one.
Thanks again Buck,
