I did the channel expansion used it for a week to check it and found it works fine.
Then I did the clarifier mod and found the swing up and down to work ok.

The one problem I detected was that if I turn the fine control clockwise to the stop it acts like a reset and sends the unit back to straight CB 11 meter mode. This forces me to turn off the radio, hold DW and CH9 buttons and turn it back on.

I'm not shure if their is a relationship between the course position and fine. One time I turned the fine up to the stop and It stayed in band. The only rare unusual thing I found is the 1K resistor I used thats connected to Q61 has less than 1% tolerance error and reads 1006 ohms.
I can live with it and work around it, but what-a-ya think techs?
