This is probably going to be a easy fix, however I cant reduce the radio noie because the noise limiter or the noise blanker doesn't work, you can move the switch but it makes no change in tone. I think it's in the off position. could it be a transistor or diode? I'll try anything to get rid of the noise. everything works on the radio except the noie blanker PLS help thanks jake.
