Does anyone have a schematic drawing for the XL-50 radio? I would like to add things like a echo board and/or a roger beep to the radio and I'm not exactly sure where I need to make my connection points. Also, the talkback feature is not presently working and I would like to know where I need to start looking for possible fixes for it. The radio is too good to put back on the shelf because it has plenty of modulation, deadkeys 8 watts and swings 20. I am currently using it with a 12 regulated power supply and have it running into a Palomar 90A tube amp and then to an A-99 with ground plane rods. It's talking 30+ miles on a bad day. I just want to have some extras so I don't have such a generic sound. Thanks to anybody for any help they can give. PS: does the mic key thru a relay? Thanks again...and 73's to ya'll.
