i want to know if anybody has the best way to put an A99up in a tree? |

A friend of mine used a bunch of wire coat hangers. He twisted them around the base of the antenna and around a somewhat vertical limb in the tree. Works good, grounds very good. You may have to remove some limbs close to your antenna if your SWR is high.

Coathangers work fine if you are a fan of HEE-HAW.
Use the wire that is sold for electric fences. It is cheap, easy to use, and won't turn into a big rust pile after the first rain.
Actually, if you want to do it right, go to www.tessco.com and order a bracket designed for mounting antennas to wood poles. |
