i have a 3300hp and a 6 digit galaxy fc347 freq. counter. instead of reading on channel 20 27.2050 it reads 27.2046, It is off frequency on all the channels.How can i fix this problem??

Theres a VR adjustment on the inside for it.

But sadly I don't know what it is.
