My Galaxy 33hml doesn't receive on anybody else radio. I doesn't receive good. Anybody coming in sounds like they are mumbling and they can't hear me at all. I just bought it today.

Tell me does the "S" meter still indicate a signal coming in on YOUR radio? If it does not ,I have the fix...
