I bought a Voyage VR 9000 from copper. I checked the option to convert and tune box in the online order form page. I know what the convert was, but what was involved with the tune part of the order? What was actually done to the radio? Was the modulation limiter was cut? More wattage? Can you tell me what was involved? Thanks
