i have a ts350 and when i power it up it is keyed if i replace the two small transitors will this fix it?i was told i can use a pn2907a but is the pn2907 the same as the pn2907a |

The two small transistors you are refering to are usually identical. One of them is used for the receive pre-amp. Pull that one and reinstall it where the one is by the relays. Take note to pin positioning.
If your receive pre-amp WAS WORKING before this started happening, then chances are the pre-amp transistor is still good and will now work as the switching transistor for the relays.
If all goes well, your relays will now operate correctly. And if it indeed does work, just replace both of them with new ones.
And yes, I have used both the pn2907 and pn2907a as replacements.

if not placed back the same way it was taken out will it key up , or will it just key and stay keyed |

Transistors can not be soldered into place just any ol way. Replace them the same way you took them out.
