wondering if i can use a 4-5 foot section of 5/16 rebar for a ground rod or tell me what is best also could 2 of the 5 tone roger beeps be hooked up back to back one to go up in sounds and the other to come down and whatcha think of a maco y or v quad antena i dont wont a huge beam for there size are they ok thanks

For a ground rod, I would use a 1/2" by 8 foot solid copper rod. They are cheaper than you think.

I don't think you could hook the two roger beep modules in series and have the system work the way you wanted. It seems to me both of the modules would fire at the same time. I could be wrong on this though.
