Anyone know why they stopped making these quad antennas??They seemed like a good sized, good gain antenna that didn't take up too make space. Also, anyone know where I could get one at a reasonable price as well? I await the news!!
Cheers

I would guess lack of Sales & Interest.

Antennas have come a long way since the PDL 2 was designed and first Made & Sold

A good antenna for it's time but like a lot of other Radio Products they have come & gone.

It is the american way, when they think the market is saturated, they move on. I think the PDL 2 is still a viable antenna, I used one for years, and found it to be a great antenna for limited space applications. Now they sell brand new on E-bay for twice what they sold when they were made. Wonder where they get all these new in the box antennas from, when they havent been made for years??

You got that right Peddler, those so called H.O.A.'s are downright unamerican as it gets. Pay all that money for a house and then some yearly or monthly HOA fee so some group of dorks can tell you how your going to live in your own house? Dumb.
