hi i am stuck for choice between the two radios
both radios are now available in scotland uk and i cant make my mind up they would be used mostly on ssb and sit on my desk at home the delta force is £220 sterling and the 2980 wx is £450 sterling would it be worth paying the extra for the 2980 or would the magnum do the same job. can you give me your expert opinion on both radios and which one would you choose between the two.

I'd go with the Magnum. Use the money you saved to get a little amp, or a beam and rotor, etc. Where in Scotland can you get these radios? I have never been able to find a CB shop over there. I spend a couple of months a year there, so it would be nice to find a place to get toys. What part of Scotland are you in? My folks are in Glasgow and Clydebank... |
