You will never get that kinda power out of that radio. Try the kl40 amplifier.

Probally can get 12 watts top on the swing side with a 4 watt dead key.

with a proper peak and tune, the 25 should key between 5.5 and 6w and swing to 24-29wpep with a steady tone. voice peaks will exceed 30w since this is a transformer modulated radio.

I have to agree with SS on this one. I have got the 20 to 25w pep swing out of 25's and 29's.
