This radio is almost new.Had the frequency mod done to it when i got it.It wont lock in on frequency though.On channel one band d it read's 26.960.Clarifier wont move it either.I tried adjusting the VCO but that didnt work either.Changing channel selector dont seem to change thing's much.I also replaced the RCI-145106p I.C.Dint help either.Any suggestion's would be greatly appreciated.
