I have a keying problem with my 2510.When i got this radio someone had added variable to it by pulling VR103 and using the swr/cal pot.I decided to put VR103 back in place and do a different variable power mod which consist of of cutting r174 and running the white and brown wire's from the swl/cal to the cut point's.The ground trace had been cut to the swl/cal pot on the circuit board.So,i soldered that trace back.I added 2 4700ohm resistor's,one between white and brown wire,and one from brown wire to ground so the meter would work right.Once i finshed everything,the radio would not key up.However,the tx would come up on screen when keyed.I have checked q125,q127,128,and q136.All checked good.Now i'm lost.I have also checked for broken wire's.Couldnt find anything.Any idea's on what the problem could be??Any help would be greatly appreciated.
