I have a magnum 257 and it started to have issues today first some of the functions wouldnt work then I couldnt get a carrier on AM or FM but I had a 10 watt carrier on SSB. Csn anyone tell me which direction I should go with it.

i had one i fixed that had lost lsb look for a bad solder joint

Adjusting power.
Where can I find procedures for adjusting output power on the Magnum 257? I am only seeing 20 watts on FM with 13.60 volts in. The manual says it should be 30 watts. How high can it safely go?
