Question About Texas Star 667-V

The Amp I am referring to happens to be a Texas Star 667-V. The Amp is still operational as I write, but I had tried to test it in the house using a power supply, which I feel was not quite enough amperage (only 50 amp) to run it properly. As I tested it I noticed a HOT smell. Upon removal of the top cover I noticed two (2) resistors on the power on/off switch that had gotten hot and are now discolored. These resistors are on the main power switch. The two (2) resistors come from the main power switch, and are soldiered to the PC board just behind the relay on the left side of the amp. The very ends appear to be light brown in color. It also appears that there may have been four (4) different color bands on it prior to the overheating and discoloration.
They are discolored to the point that I am unable to read the by the color code bands on them. I am assuming that maybe due to low amperage these may have been damaged. The amp still works producing RF output, But the two (2) resistors in question get hot to the touch very quickly when the amp is keyed. I haven’t kept it keyed down except for a short period of time, since this happened.
I can feel by touch that they get hot extremely quick, and haven’t kept it keyed.
The amp has served me well over the years, and I’d like to keep this one in line as kind of proof, to the reliability of the Texas Star Line of Amplifiers. If I knew what the value of the resistors was or is I could replace them myself. I do have some knowledge of soldering and such. Could one of the Tech’s be so kind as to help me with what I need to get the old girl working properly again? If you could e-mail the value of the two (2) resistors and any suggestions would be quite helpful.
Thanks for any help that may come,…

A good place to start would be www.cbtrick.com Go to the Amp Info section and look up your amp. Lots of good info and great drawings.
