i have my antenna mounted on a 20 foot pipe, i know that it needs to be 36 feet high to get the proper wave lenth. but, do you get the 36 foot by the measurement to the base of the antenna or to the top of the antenna?

Top. I've got an IMAX 2000 sitting on top of a 36 foot mast. Antenna top is at 59 feet. One foot of overlap.
