i need to get a few transistors...namely a 2N2712 or a few 2N5088.

i live in central ny (utica to be exact ) and i want to get those somewhere around here..

i emailed *** electronics but havent heard back from them yet and im not sure if the local RIPYOUOFF SHACK would have these

I have used RF Parts and they have been pretty good. Bruce, Last time I ordered parts from them I was going to get some 1N5711 diodes but they did'nt show them on thier web site. Do you know where I can find some?

rf parts does have the equivalent to that part. the # is 1n6263, you can also use the nte583.
