I can only get 80 % mod. out of this. Does it have a limiter and if so what resistor? Can get 12 watts out but cut it back to 3.5. Tony |

Been at this 38 years and have 2 years of college in telecommunications. Should know what I'm doing. When turning rv2 at 1/2 to 3/4 adj. it goes to 80% and stays. Looks like a limiter is in it. Tony |
