Hi Can anyone tell me what thread size is on the back of a radio where the coax goes, I cross threaded the threads and want to run a die over them and clean them but need to know the die size to get.

Thanks, airplane1

Please, can anyone tell me the thread size of the connector where the antenna connects on the CB radio,
I messed up the threads and want to get a die to clean them up.

Airplane1,

Sorry but do not know the thread sixe.

But you can go to Radio Shack and pick up a SO-239 Connector for about $2.49.

Ask for Part # 278-201

Chassis Mount UHF SO-239 Coax Connector

They are the BEST Made I have found anywhere.

Hope this helps.
