I was wondering if anyone knows the wiring for the Turner Super Sidekick mic. since it only has red, white black and shield. And how it would sound on a 2970 DX?

I may be wrong but try one of these two hook-ups.

1- Shield
2- White
3- Black
4- Red
5 & 6- No Connection

OR

1- Shield and Red
2- White
3- Blue
4- Black
5 & 6- No Connection

Jeff.

Thanks Jeff the first fine on my friends 2950, so I expect it will work on my 2970 when I get it back from Copper. The radio dropped from 150 to 80 watts out put the first day I had it so it's in for repair at Copper.

Thanks again
Bob
