Can I adjust my power output on my cb by using a dummy load? I want to set it up for a kl500 mobile amp, If so where can I buy one, I looked on copper and it shows one there but its discontinued.

Thanks

Yes indeed. Using a dummyload is the "only" way to accurately read and adjust RF power output.

As far as a KL-500 goes, I'm sorry but I can not help you with that. And I wasn't even aware that Copper no longer carries them. However, there are other to choose from.

Sorry Tech548,

I meant that I have the KL500 and want to set up the radio for it.

It`s the dummy load I need and and copper does not seem to have any.

Where is a good place to get one?

Thanks
