Hey everybody. I have this shortwave radio made in 1973 from Allied Radio. any idea if there is someplace on internet where I could download a manual for this radio? It has 8 bands on it. Thanks. Keith in Atlanta |

Good morning sir. Negative. It is just a shortwave radio receiver. A great looking radio at that! Especially at night when you can see it all lit up with all the bands showing, not some digital readout of a few numbers like in todays world of radios. Keith |

Bruce, in case you did not see my other post, I found my manual the other day for this radio. And also found the receipt as well. $50 for a short wave receiver in 1973 was a LOT of money! Keith |

Hey Bruce. Guess what. I still listen to this radio from Allied Radio. It still looks great at night with the tubes glowing and the blue dial as you turn the knob and watch the slide rule go across. Keith in Atlanta CEF 150 |
