Where is a 13.8V supply hole on the PCB? I don`t want to run it to the on/off switch or the power input so was wondering where a good spot on the board itself would be.

why don't you want to run it to the switch? that way you know it's definitely on or off. follow the lead off the switch to see where it goes next, it most likely won't get you access to a hole on the pcb, but maybe someplace that's easier to solder to. you don't want to use the power input at the back of the radio because it may always be on, if connected direct to battery, or at least always on before radio, like when ps is turned on or key is turned.
