Hi I have seen a mod for widebanding the tx on a grant xl. by removing R 206 and parallel two 1/2 watt resistors a 33k and a 2.2k together and putting in the R 206 slot. Could you explain in everday terms what this does? What will widebanding the TX do to the radio, what enhancement will this do? What exactly does widebanding the tx mean? . Is this mod really worth doing? or is it a wast of time? ..Thank You for your time I really apreciate it.
